As a Senior Marketing Assistant, you will provide end-to-end support to Account Officers in managing client relationships and credit facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth account servicing, efficient transaction processing, and high-quality client support throughout the account lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing · Support Account Officers in servicing client accounts from onboarding to closure . · Process credit-related transactions, including documentation review and loan processing. · Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely completion of requirements and follow-ups. · Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate account records and documentation. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction execution. · G uide and support Marketing Assistants on processes, documentation, and servicing standards
