About You and the Role As Branch Head , you’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on management to ensure your branch meets — and exceeds — its business goals. You’ll lead a committed team toward service excellence, operational integrity, and sustainable growth, while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing Lead your branch to deliver business growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service Translate corporate strategies into actionable branch-level plans that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships Oversee all branch operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (BSP and other governing agencies). Ensure efficient branch operations — from risk management and internal controls to day-to-day upkeep and service delivery Coach, mentor, and empower employees to achieve their full potential and align with the company’s mission and values. Qualifications We Value Professional Experience 3–5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and marketing of banking products and services Knowledge and Skills Strong command of branch operations, policies, audit systems, and BSP/other regulatory frameworks Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Strategic mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
