About You and the Role As a Service Manager, you are a key leader in ensuring the branch operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service to clients. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving branch performance. What You’ll Be Doing Supervise and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures Manage operational efficiency in New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment sections Support marketing efforts by cross-selling bank products and services Ensure staff members understand product offerings to meet client needs and achieve branch targets Coordinate with support units and other branches to maintain compliance with bank standards What Success Looks Like Smooth and efficient branch operations with zero compliance issues High staff engagement and understanding of products and services Achievement of branch targets in customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational metrics Strong collaboration across teams and adherence to bank policies Qualifications We Value Bachelor’s/College Degree holder 3–4 years in branch banking operations Strong persuasion and marketing skills Service Quality Management expertise Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
