Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant provides vital support in the processing and coordination of auto loan applications by working closely with external partner dealers and internal bank units. This role involves facilitating the submission and verification of application requirements, ensuring smooth coordination with units such as Credit, Pre-Booking, and Booking to meet the set turnaround time (TAT). The Sales Assistant also assists in the solicitation and handling of dealer-related documents, monitors and ensures timely compliance with document deficiencies, and maintains accurate filing of all required documentation. Additionally, the role supports the training of dealer coordinators and encoders on internal systems, and helps Sales Officers in onboarding and orienting partner dealer personnel on bank processes.
