If you want long‑term, off‑shift work with strong pay and benefits, this is a solid fit. ***New candidates only — previous applicants are already on file.*** What You’ll Do Operate and monitor production machinery Load/unload materials and assist with packaging Perform quality checks Support machine operators and complete documentation Maintain a clean, safe work environment Training & Schedule Train on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) Move to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) after training Saturday overtime scheduled in advance What You Bring Some manufacturing or industrial experience Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly Basic math and attention to detail Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs Willing to work 3rd shift and overtime Stable work history-1+ year with the same employer Reliable, safety‑focused, team‑oriented mindset Pay & Benefits $20.00–$23.40/hr based on experience +$2/hr 3rd‑shift premium Time and a half after 40 hrs; double time after 48 hrs Vacation + 11 paid holidays Day 1 benefits : medical, dental, vision, life (87% medical cost covered) 401(k) : 3% automatic company contribution + up to 2% match Quarterly profit‑sharing: avg. $6,000–$10,000 annually $180 boot allowance Tuition reimbursement + $5,000 adoption benefit Free coffee, hot drinks, on‑site barbershop, and fitness center Important All candidates must pass a drug screening and background check .
