Field Representative II, MS Onsite Technical Support Onsite Print Services Specialist Make an Impact Every Day Ricoh is looking for a customer-focused Onsite Print Services Specialist to support and maintain a managed print environment across multiple locations. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure printers and multifunction devices operate efficiently while delivering outstanding service to end users. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on printers and multifunction devices. Troubleshoot print-related issues and coordinate escalations when needed. Manage toner, paper, supplies, and inventory to prevent downtime. Support users with device assistance, training, and service requests. Track and document tickets in ServiceNow. Coordinate equipment installations, deployments, and relocations. Provide support for remote locations and monitor device readiness. Maintain operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience supporting office equipment, print services, or related operations (5+ years preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience troubleshooting printers, copiers, or other office technology. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
