Licensed Master/Clinical Social Worker - Mental Health

Conduct psychosocial assessment, may include diagnostic interview Develop and implement treatment plan Provide psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, play therapy, family and couple counseling, and other evidence-based treatments Provide crisis intervention Provide behavioral health consultation Provide case management services Provide agency referral and follow up Provide community outreach/education services Maintain treatment records in accordance with Health Center’s guidelines Participate in agency Quality Assurance activities and case conference Attend departmental meetings Ability to work on weekends and during late hours Provide supervision and guidance to interns and volunteers; LCSWs may also supervise LMSWs, as applicable Perform other duties as assigned
