Facilitator

Responsible for the upkeep and safety standards of the lobby area and building surroundings Greet and assist patients and visitors by providing information, guidance, and directions to facilitate smooth navigation Receive incoming parcels and coordinate delivery to the appropriate departments Understand and adhere to emergency procedures, assisting as necessary during emergencies Monitor and oversee the parking lot traffic, if applicable Help patients and visitors requiring accessibility support Perform other duties as assigned
