Vice President of Design(J10161)

a)Responsible for the division and coordination of the company's interior design projects, the overall creative design of the project, review and adjust the design direction;

负责公司室内设计项目的分工与协调工作，项目的整体创意设计，审核并调整设计方向；

b)Be responsible for reviewing the results of each component in the process of project scheme design, and communicate, report and coordinate with Party A, so as to solve problems in a timely and effective manner and maintain a good cooperative relationship;

c)Responsible for the research and overall planning of technical direction in the design field, timely guide, handle, coordinate and solve various technical problems in the project process, and give the design team abundant technical support and external technical consultation;

d) Represent CCD in developing new clients and business resources, cooperate with the company's business development department to maintain close contact with key clients, and participate in the follow-up of project bidding and other tasks.

e) Timely collect and provide intelligence and status reports of competitors in all fields.

f) Build the design team, including communicating to identify potential candidates.

g) Coordinate visitors and introduce the company's background, performance, and portfolio to them.

h) Represent the company to attend meetings of Party A or the management company.

a)Education and Professional Background：Bachelor's degree or above in interior design, environmental art design or other related majors, with solid professional theoretical knowledge and design skills.​

b)Work Experience：More than 10 years of work experience in interior design and project management, with at least 5 years serving as a team management or project leader. Familiar with the whole process operation of large - scale interior design projects.​

c)Professional Ability：Possess excellent creative design ability and scheme control ability, can accurately grasp the design direction and make effective adjustments; Proficient in various technical specifications and processes in the field of interior design, able to independently solve complex technical problems in projects; Familiar with the operation of design - related software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.).​

d)Communication and Coordination Ability：Have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, able to communicate, report and coordinate efficiently with Party A, and properly handle various problems in the cooperation process; Have good team cooperation ability, can effectively coordinate the work within the team and across departments.​

e)Business Development Ability：Possess keen market insight and customer development ability, have experience in successfully developing new customers and business resources; Familiar with the project bidding process, able to actively participate in and promote the bidding work.​

f)Information Collection Ability：Have strong information collection and analysis ability, able to timely grasp the dynamics of competitors in the industry and form effective intelligence reports.​

g)Team Management Ability：Have rich experience in team building and management, can formulate reasonable team development plans, effectively identify and cultivate potential talents, and improve the overall combat effectiveness of the team.​
