About The Role
- 1、负责MBE设备材料生长工艺研究；
- 2、负责MBE工艺库（工艺模块）建设及文件编写；
- 3、负责材料质量表征评价，参与材料质量标准建立；
- 4、负责探测器/激光器结构设计、模拟仿真设计，并验证设计结果；
- 5、参与设备日常维护及工序的安全管理。
- 1、硕士及以上学历；
- 2、材料科学与工程、微电子学与固体电子学、光学工程、凝聚态物理等专业方向；
- 3、有MBE材料生长理论基础及工艺经验优先。
