About The Role
- 1、负责探测器模块/组件封装工艺开发及测试；
- 2、负责本专业封装测试工艺平台及工艺能力建设；
- 3、配合产品/项目负责人制定产品封装工艺流程，编制工艺规程文件；
- 4、开展封装工艺质量管控，配合产品负责人进行质量分析，改进提升工艺质量。
- 1、硕士及以上学历；
- 2、电子封装、光学工程等专业；
- 3、有岗位相关实习经验优先。
