About The Role
- 1 负责SiP产品详细方案设计、元器件选型、电路原理图及版图的仿真、设计等工作；
- 2 负责新技术研究，基于新工艺、新材料的SiP产品开发等；
- 3 负责产品的调试，形成产品调试指导文件记录，与主管设计师一起解决产品调试过程中的技术问题。
- 1 硕士及以上学历；
- 2 电子类、微电子等相关专业；
- 3 能够熟练使用HFSS、ADS、CAD等软件。
