Assistant Manager - Non-Aero Commercial Project

The Lead – Non-Aero Commercial Projects shall be responsible for end-to-end planning, fit-out management, stakeholder coordination, operational readiness, and handover of all commercial developments within the airport ecosystem. The role involves managing tenant spaces fit-outs, retail and F&B outlets, lounges, airport hotel, inflight kitchens, duty free, passenger facilities, and other revenue-generating assets.

The incumbent will act as the single-point coordinator between concessionaires, contractors, consultants, EPC teams, operations, engineering, safety, security, IT, fire, and airport stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery in compliance with airport standards, statutory requirements, and operational timelines.
