About The Role

  • 1.负责制定、审核市场整车质保政策。
  • 2.负责本地经销商索赔业务培训及索赔员岗位认证。
  • 3.负责审核本地经销商质保索赔申请。
  • 4.负责质保索赔费用结算。
  • 5.负责索赔旧件稽核、报废确认。
  • 6.负责DMS索赔方面使用问题处理。
  • 7.其他上级领导交代的工作。
  • 1.熟悉本地法律法规、基本的进出口业务及售后服务流程。
  • 2.熟练使用Office Word、Office Excel、Office PowerPoint等办公软件。
  • 3.具有良好的团队合作能力、执行能力、亲和力、学习能力、沟通能力、协调能力、数据统计分析能力、适应能力和写作能力。
  • 4.具备熟练的英语及汉语书面与口头交流能力。
  • 5.工作地点迪拜，入职中东公司。
