1. 负责编制造型设计策略、造型趋势报告 ；
2. 主导把关造型设计（外饰+内饰效果图）的设计质量；

3.指导数字模型师，油泥模型师制作模型，还原效果图感觉。

1. Responsible for compiling modeling design strategies and modeling trend reports;
2. Control the design quality of modeling design (exterior decoration + interior effect drawing);
3. Guide digital modeler and clay modeler to make models and restore the feeling of effect drawing.

• 1、工业设计、交通工具设计等相关专业，本科以上学历；
• 2、5年及以上整车厂或设计公司工作经验、主导2款整车造型设计且市场接受度高；
• 3、具有出众的审美和个人品位，敏锐的造型趋势捕捉和分析能力，指导设计方向；
• 4、优秀的设计创新能力，出色的草图、效果图表现能力，优秀的设计与约束平衡能力；
• 5、优秀的模型把控能力，能熟练指导模型（数字模型和油泥、硬质模型）制作与把控；
• 6、具有丰富的工程实现知识，有效解决造型实现过程中的工程、工艺问题，并保证造型效果；
• 7、良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，良好的英文表达和交流能力。
• 1, industrial design, transportation design and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;
• 2, more than 8 years of working experience in OEM or design company, leading 2 vehicle styling design and high market acceptance;
• 3, with outstanding aesthetic and personal taste, keen modeling trend capture and analysis ability, guide the design direction;
• 4, excellent design innovation ability, excellent sketch, effect drawing performance ability, excellent design and constraint balance ability;
• 5, excellent model control ability, can skillfully guide the model (digital model and mud, hard model) production and control;
• 6, have a wealth of engineering realization knowledge, effectively solve the modeling process of engineering and process problems, and ensure the modeling effect;
• 7, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork skills, good English expression and communication skills.
