Has published multiple first-author papers in top international conferences (such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) and has high-impact open-source projects.
Proficient in the full-chain technologies of large models such as pre-training, fine-tuning, and RLHF, and capable of independently leading the design and innovation of model architectures.
Outstanding technical foresight and team leadership potential, capable of transforming cutting-edge research into business value."
