1. Lead the research and development of Chery's independently controllable general large model base and the industry "medium model" main line for automotive travel. 2. Build a basic model service system that supports end-cloud collaboration and promote the unified deployment of models. 4. Establish mechanisms for model version management, performance evaluation and continuous iteration. 5. Doctoral degree, majoring in computer science or AI, with over 5 years of experience in large model research and development. 2. One must have participated in the pre-training, fine-tuning or alignment of the Foundation Model. 3. Have led or been a core participant in the research and development and implementation of at least one "medium model" in an industry. 4. Those who have published CCF-A-class papers in the fields of NLP, multimodal, code generation, etc. will be given priority. 5. Familiar with the Transformer/MoE architecture and proficient in distributed training and efficient inference techniques.
