1. Formulate and promote the overall development strategy, annual goals and implementation paths of the research institute. 2. Establish and operate the PMO mechanism to coordinate the project initiation, progress monitoring and resource scheduling of major projects. 3. Take the lead in AI architecture governance, formulate technical standards, interface specifications and security ethics guidelines. 4. Uniformly manage external cooperation affairs, including industry-university-research cooperation, strategic alliances and technology brand building. 5. Collaborate with the Global Digital Intelligence Center to complete the connection of shared functions such as human resources and finance.

"1. More than 5 years of experience in strategy/operation/project management in technology enterprises, with background in AI/ Internet industry preferred.

1. Be familiar with the development trajectory of AI technology and be capable of independently writing technical strategy reports.
2. Have experience in managing large-scale cross-departmental projects and have led the implementation of more than three key projects.
3. Excellent communication, coordination and resource integration skills, with experience in external negotiations.
4. Possess excellent abilities in official document writing and high-level reporting."
