About The Role
- 1、致电宾客搜集意见和建议，并进行汇总，处理有关事务和整理本部门的各种文件；
- 2、见证或归还客人遗留物品，及处理车场车辆车窗或车门未关等异常事件。
- 1、本科以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业；
- 2、国语流利，熟悉粤语，掌握至少一门外语，以及各类公文写作技能。
