About The Role
- 工作职责：
- 1、负责查明出险时间、地点、原因，查实车辆使用性质，查明出险驾驶员及车辆证件，根据判断是否协助客户进行现场施救。
- 2、负责为客户提供索赔指引服务，指导客户填写必要单证，初步审核保险责任。
- 3、负责查勘现场及事故损失情况，初步确定事故责任，为最终赔偿责任、赔偿项目及金额的确定提供资料。
- 4、负责初步审核损失的确性，保证符合公司风险管控的要求。
- 1、35岁以下，大学专科及以上学历，具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守；
- 2、具有保险行业、汽车行业工作经验者优先。
