- 1、落实渠道业务统计分析和管理制度；
- 2、定期完成业务渠道业务分析，组织业务通报；

- 4、落实公司渠道及业务经营考核办法，建立业绩追踪机制，推动下辖分支机构渠道及业务发展。
- 一年以上保险及相关行业工作经验。
