About The Role
- 1.熟悉查勘和定损流程，熟悉理赔实务操作。
- 2.负责本地出险案件及辖内通赔案件的查勘、定损工作。
- 3.指引客户办理后续索赔手续，确保理赔服务无缝连接。
- 4.严格执行公司的管理规定和考核要求。
- 5.完成部门交办的其他事宜。
- 1.全日制大专以上学历，具有保险公司车物查勘、定损等相关经验2年及以上，或前期从事汽修行业相关工作背景等。
- 2.年龄35周岁以下，持C1以上驾照。
- 3.具有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和服务意识。
