About The Role
- 1.负责对人伤案件的查勘、跟进、定损资料收集、理算、归档等理赔工作；
- 2.负责理赔数据收集整理、理赔系统平台的信息录入等工作；
- 3.负责案件日常跟踪处理和未决案件的常态清理和管理；
- 4.负责向上级汇报重大案件或疑难案件，以及超权限案件；
- 5.协助承保部门进行风险查勘、统计分析反馈理赔数据和风险建议，为承保部门的展业和客户服务提供技术支持；
- 6.完成上级交办的其他工作。
