About The Role
- 1.负责本地出险案件及辖内通赔案件的查勘、定损工作。
- 2.指引客户办理后续索赔手续，确保理赔服务无缝连接。
- 3.严格执行公司的管理规定和考核要求。
- 4.上级交办的其他工作。
- 1.大学本科及以上学历，特别优秀可放宽至大专；
- 2.具有2年及以上保险公司车物查勘、定损等相关经验或汽修行业车险理赔等相关工作背景；
- 3.持C1以上驾照。
- 4.具有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和服务意识；
- 5.无因违法违规遭受监管部门或就职公司处罚的情况。
