About The Role
- 1.负责职场业务推动，协同集团公司内部相关工作，承接售前、售中、售后全流程服务；
- 2.对销售人员开展培训及业务辅导，策划营销方案，追踪业务指标，收集一线需求反馈；
- 3.协助制作承保计划书，协助销售人员进行重点客户陪访；
- 4.完成公司交办的其他任务。
- 1.有保险相关工作经验2年及以上，有销售经验者优先考虑；
- 2.有统筹或组织团队活动经验者优先考虑；
- 3.能熟练运用办公软件。
