Project Intern - Derivatives Product

This position is mainly responsible for assisting on equities derivatives business including delta one and structured products' trading, structuring, risk management and other related issues. The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to:

股票结构类产品岗位主要负责辅助股票结构性产品交易、设计和风险管理等相关工作。具体包括但不限于以下职责：

1. Assisting on equities OTC products trading, risk models and products structuring;

辅助交易股票衍生品、完善风控模型和产品设计；

1. Assisting varies projects for prime and synthetic prime brokerage;

协助主经纪商以及类主经纪商业务中的各种项目；

1. Researching on market trading strategies;

研究市场交易策略；

1. Involving in the discussion with investors, HF managers and Sales to provide analytical solutions to the HF managers.

参与投资者、对冲基金经理、销售讨论，为对冲基金经理提供分析解决方案。

1. Understanding of derivative products, PB and Synthetic PB;

熟悉掌握衍生品, 主经纪商以及类主经纪商的相关知识；

1. Sound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets;

对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解；

1. VBA knowledge and experience;

掌握VBA技能并有实际应用；

1. Possess broad financial products and analytics knowledge and experience;

掌握广泛的金融产品知识并具有分析经验；

1. Bachelor’s or above student from domestic and overseas universities;

来自国内外高校的在读本科生/研究生；

1. Proficient in both English and Chinese;

普通话及英语流利；

1. Effective communicator and strong self-starter.

具有良好的沟通能力和较强的自我驱动力。
