Business Development Specialist(J18078)

1. Develop and execute the international business development strategy for wealth management services, identify new market opportunities, conduct

• research on new market and local regulatory policies, acquire new clients, and establish and maintain relationships with overseas financial institutions,
• investors, and partners.

1. Monitor and evaluate market risks in target countries and regions, develop appropriate risk management strategies, and ensure compliance and stability in the company's wealth business activities.
2. Collaborate closely with various internal departments, including front, middle, and back office, to ensure alignment between overseas expansion activities

and overall business strategies. Facilitate project progress to ensure the successful implementation of the company's strategies and achieve a unified vision.

1. Master’s degree or above.
2. Major in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in wealth management, financial institutions, or related industries, with a focus on international business

development. Experience in cross-border wealth management is preferred.

1. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in a cross-cultural environment, proficiency in minority languages preferred.
2. Strong ability to collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective project implementation and coordination.
