Job Description

The job responsibilities associated with this role may be expected to include but are not limited to

• Assist in day-to-day compliance deal review, deal vetting, pre-trade and post-grade monitoring and surveillance work in relation to our international (including Hong Kong) securities and futures brokerage and wealth management business.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reporting & filing.
• Carry out employee dealing assessments.
• Provide support to implement Firm policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
• Any other tasks relevant to the above.

Job Requirements

• Students majoring in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting, or related discipline, preferably in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, independent and meticulous.
• Team player and able to work well with people.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good command of Office software and other related computer skills.
