Equities Sales(J19370)

This position is responsible for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts (such as banks, insurances, hedge funds, etc.). Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm’s effort to serve client organizations. The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include:

• Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts.
• Working closely with client’s investment and research personnel.
• Presenting consolidated solutions for helping the clients to better capture investment opportunities. The products and tools powered by cash equity, prime brokerage and derivatives, etc, businesses would be extensively used in such solutions.
• Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
• Master degree or above, at least one year of related working experience in sales/investment/investment banking/capital market.
• Thorough understanding of equity (derivatives) business, profound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm’s products and services.
• Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation, customer-oriented and passionate for the sales job
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-driven and always strives for excellence.
