About The Role

Job Descriptions

The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include but are not limited to

  • Support full spectrum of company secretarial matters for non-listed entities / fund entities with the business’ Hong Kong / Cayman / BVI companies and other jurisdiction, this including company incorporation, company (de) registration, liquidation, share transfer, dividend payment, documents retention, return filings to regulatory, board resolutions drafting etc.
  • Assist in compliance with corporate governance requirements and procedures and uphold corporate governance practices
  • Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure regulatory / compliance standard / internal policies are met
  • Handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Company Secretarial for a sizeable in-house corporation
  • Prior working experience in investment banking or securities firms is preferred
  • Well-versed in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to details, able to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong sense of team spirit and good people skills

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with qualification of ACG / HKACG
  • Associate member of ACG / HKACG
