Job Descriptions工作职责

• Provide trade support ensuring accuracy of all trade-related matters and trade booking.
• Conduct daily reviews of executed trades to ensure the completeness and compliance of trading data.
• Monitor fund movements, identify and report any abnormal fund flows.
• Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting.
• Communicate with internal departments and external parties including clients, brokers and depositories to promptly resolve daily operational issues such as trade discrepancies.
• Collaborate daily tasks with other operations teams, such as trade settlement, corporate actions etc.
• Follow established procedures and perform appropriate controls.
• Support ongoing processes and control improvements and system enhancement projects.
• Perform additional duties as required by the company.
• 负责衍生品交易支持与簿记工作，确保交易记录精确无误；
• 执行交易复核，保障交易数据的完整性与合规性；
• 实时监控资金变动，识别并报告异常资金流动；
• 负责监管报送，确保符合监管合规要求；
• 与内部业务部门及外部交易对手方（包括但不限于客户、经纪商、存管机构等）保持高效沟通，及时处理交易差异等日常运营事项；
• 协同结算交割、企业行动等相关运营团队，确保跨团队业务顺畅衔接；
• 严格遵循标准操作流程，落实并执行适当的内部控制措施；
• 参与工作流程、内部控制体系及业务系统的持续优化与改进；
• 完成公司交办的其他工作。

Qualifications资质要求

• Master’s degree or above, finance, economics, accounting, law, computer science, or related majors preferred.
• 持有硕士或以上学位，金融、经济、会计、法律、计算机或相关专业优先
