Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst (GFS)

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst to join a strategic regional transformation initiative across LATAM.

This position will play a critical role in the migration of finance operations and reporting processes to Oracle Global Finance Systems (GFS) across multiple Latin American countries. Acting as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Global Transformation teams, you will help ensure successful data migration, process alignment, issue resolution, and adoption of new finance technologies.

This is a unique opportunity to participate in a multi-country transformation program impacting Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and Finance Operations across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

What You'll Do

• Support the regional migration from legacy Finance systems to Oracle GFS across LATAM.
• Act as a liaison between Finance teams, IT, and global Oracle transformation stakeholders.
• Partner with business users to understand requirements and help translate them into system and process solutions.
• Analyze financial data and assist with large-scale data cleanup and validation activities prior to migration.
• Participate in testing, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root cause analysis throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Support regional teams during process standardization and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance functions to ensure business continuity during the migration journey.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, and data quality across the region.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience working in Finance, Accounting, Financial Systems, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation environments.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, system migrations, process transformation projects, or finance technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills with the ability to participate in meetings and collaborate with global teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proactive mindset with the ability to investigate issues independently and drive solutions in ambiguous environments.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Financials, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
• Previous participation in ERP migrations, finance transformation programs, or large-scale systems implementations.
• Experience handling large datasets and complex reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or other data analytics tools.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
