About The Role

Reports to: VP of Sales

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for selling the company’s enterprise offerings.

Essential Job Functions

Proactively identify and engage with new prospects to pitch technology

solutions.

Efficiently manage the sales inbox, promptly responding to quote requests.

Oversee the sales process from initial outreach to quoting, deployment, and initial billing.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer needs and address technical challenges.

Foster strong relationships with the existing client base to maximize opportunities for additional sales and services.

Diligently manage customer contracts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing expirations.

Regularly report to sales leadership on deal progress and potential closures.

Possess broad knowledge of Private Cloud frameworks, colocation, O365, MSP, and Enterprise offerings.

Offer high-level support to sales peers on product verticals that you specialize in (e.g. connectivity, cameras, hardware, cabling, etc).

Meticulously enter and track all leads in the Monday.com CRM, maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Stay up to date with new technology and identify how it may fit into the solution stack.

Attend networking events to build industry connections and gather market intelligence.

Utilize professional social networks to promote Enterprise products and scout for new prospects.

Participate in trade shows, as needed.

Consistently pursue ongoing sales training to enhance skills.

Providing excellent customer service by following the company’s customer service standards. Ownership, Professionalism, Troubleshooting, keeping customers informed, and providing customers with an experience beyond their expectations.

Competencies

  • A solid foundation in consultative sales techniques, with proven experience in engaging and selling to C-level executives.
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT, telecommunications, Data Center, MSP or a related field.
  • A track record of generating leads independently through various methods such as telephone cold-calling, face-to-face networking, and social media engagement.
  • Skilled in establishing rapport and positioning with C-level leaders and IT Directors.
  • A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to initiate tasks without direct supervision.
  • A team player who can effectively handle account contention conflicts through negotiation with sales colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office suite for crafting client presentations and proposals.
  • Outstanding multitasking and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent service and achieving customer satisfaction.

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must be able to engage in normal office activity, including, but not limited to, significant computer work and data analysis, heavy customer contact via phone and frequent in person meetings. Must be able to attend and actively participate in meetings which may last up to several hours in length. Must be able to accurately complete sales-related math like margin, markup, etc.

This job is considered Light Work requiring the exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects.

Work Environment

  • The office noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. This position is primarily in-office when not visiting customer locations.
  • This position typically requires 10-25% travel, mostly within Oklahoma.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum 3 years of sales experience and technical sales certifications, preferred.
  • This position is Safety Sensitive under the Oklahoma medical marijuana law.
  • Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management based on the needs of the business.
