About The Role
- 1.协助汇江大厦房产租赁、安全秩序及环境卫生等现场管理工作。
- 2.负责管理维护经营及物业基础台账。
- 3.负责对接街道等相关部门，做好与业主的沟通服务工作，配合做好物业升级改造、质效提升等工作。
- 1.具备良好的统筹协调、跨部门沟通能力，掌握一定资产管理知识；
- 2.能熟练使用办公软件；
- 3.具有良好的工作态度，认真负责，应变能力强
