About the Role The primary responsibility of this position is to work as a team member in the daily production requirements for the dining center, catering, and contract services in Dining Services and ensure the highest level of service for all customers. Job Duties/What You'll Do Prepare food through various methods of baking, frying, broiling, grilling, etc. using industrial kitchen equipment. Responsible for maintaining adequate food levels during service times, maintaining quality food standards, food safety and sanitation, cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas. Provide high quality customer service through face-to-face interaction with our guests. Supervise cooks’ helpers and works to keep work areas and equipment clean and maintained. Keep accurate production records.
