The Case Manager Supervisor, Community Corrections supervises case management services for inmates/residents and their families. Supervise subordinate case management and counseling staff in the performance of their duties and evaluate as prescribed by the facility and corporate policy. Assist in development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of facility case management and counseling services on an on-going basis. Review, process and respond (via corporate counsel) to lawsuits; attend court hearings, when necessary. Initiate and complete investigations and inquiries with accuracy by gathering information and evidence, interviewing and obtaining the statements of victims, witnesses, suspects and confidential informers; exercise independent judgment by determining when probable cause exists to recommend or take disciplinary action. Participate in drafting the responses to the contracting agency following inspections and audits with specific plans of action.
