About The Role

  • 1.对接客户端MDE，与客户沟通项目开发过程中的要求，规范，实验；将客户需求转化到内部任务，MIL，并及时反馈沟通；
  • 2.接受客户电池图纸，进行可制造性评估，组织内部团队完成DFM并提交客户认证；
  • 3.遵循NPI项目开发流程，完成项目各阶段的资料准备、审核和提交客户认证；
  • 4.负责项目的优率、利用率、效率及交付能力的提升，掌握各制程中的CTQ、不良，并主导制程不良的分析及改进；
  1. Connect and communicate with MDE from customer about requirements, specifications and DOEs ; Transfer customer requirement to internal task, MIL, and feedback timely
  2. Accept battery drawings from customers, conduct manufacturability evaluation, organize internal team to complete DFM and submit to customers for approving
  3. Follow the NPI project development process, complete the material preparation, review and submit to customers for approving at all stages
  4. Responsible for the improvement of yield, utilization rate, efficiency and delivery capacity, master CTQ and defects in each process, and lead the analysis and improvement of defects in the process
  • 1.本科及以上学历，理工科背景；
  • 2.良好的英语读写能力，口语流利优先；
  • 3.学习能力强、积极主动、适应能力强、具有团队协调能力；
  • 4.有锂电工程背景/经验者优先，能独立完成锂电池DFM，熟悉6sigma、FACA、MSA、TA分析等工程方法和工具；
  • 5.有NPI项目经验者优先；
  • 6.熟悉办软件操作。
  1. Bachelor degree or above, science or engineering background
  2. Good English reading and writing skills, fluent oral English is preferred
  3. Strong learning ability, initiative, adaptability and team coordination ability
  4. Lithium engineering background/experience is preferred, can independently complete lithium battery DFM, familiar with 6sigma, FACA, MSA, TA analysis and other engineering methods and tools
  5. NPI project experience is preferred
  6. Familiar with MS tools and Mac OS tools
