TA Manager

Job Title: TA Manager Group Company: CR3 (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Designation: TA Manager Primary Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of turnaround projects from initiation to completion.Develop turnaround execution strategies, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, maintenance, operations, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and clients.Manage turnaround scope, identify critical path activities, and implement risk mitigation measures.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and budgets.Ensure compliance with HSE policies, client specifications, and Malaysian statutory requirements.Conduct daily turnaround meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues during turnaround execution.Evaluate contractor performance and ensure quality of work meets project specifications.Lead post-turnaround reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement. Educational qualifications preferred Degree Type: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline. Field specialization: Engineering Work Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or Energy <industries.At> least 5 years in a leadership role managing plant turnarounds or major shutdown projects.
