Senior QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: Senior QA/QC Engineer Group Company: CR3 (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Designation: Senior QA/QC Engineer Primary Responsibilities: •Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. •Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and finished products. •Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. •Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and inspection records. •Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. •Coordinate with project teams, clients, and third-party inspectors. •Participate in audits (internal and external) and ensure readiness. •Review technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. •Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics. •Support continuous improvement initiatives. Educational qualifications preferred Degree Type: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Field specialization: Engineering Work Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Offshore, or Energy industries. Minimum 3–5 years in a senior QA/QC or supervisory role.Experience in fabrication, construction, maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround projects. Required Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
