Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Engineer Group Company: CR3 (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Designation: Sales Engineer Primary Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and related industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Promote the company's services, including fabrication, maintenance, turnaround, shutdown, inspection, engineering, and project support. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Review client specifications, tender documents, and technical requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance departments to prepare competitive proposals. Conduct technical presentations and product/service demonstrations to clients. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract conditions within approved authority. Monitor project progress and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled throughout project execution. Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, and market intelligence. Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to enhance business opportunities. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and applicable regulations. Educational qualifications preferred Degree Type: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
