Project Manager (Chemical Cleaning)

Job Title: Project Manager (Chemical Cleaning) Group Company: CR3 (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Designation: Project Manager (Chemical Cleaning) Primary Responsibilities: Operations Management: • Lead and manage all chemical cleaning operations including pre-commissioning, maintenance cleaning, and industrial cleaning activities. • Plan, organize, and supervise project execution to ensure safe and efficient delivery within timeline and budget. • Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and chemicals for all CCD activities. Project Execution & Control: • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from mobilization to completion. • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and client requirements. • Manage subcontractors and site activities where applicable. Quality, Safety & Compliance: • Ensure all chemical cleaning activities comply with HSSE policies, environmental regulations, and company procedures. • Enforce safety practices and ensure risk assessments and method statements are implemented. • Maintain high standards of quality and operational discipline in all projects. Team Management: • Lead, supervise, and develop CCD team including supervisors, technicians, and operators. • Conduct performance monitoring, training, and competency development programs. • Ensure workforce readiness and proper allocation of manpower for projects. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: • Liaise with clients, project teams, procurement, and HSE departments to ensure smooth execution of works. • Attend project meetings and provide technical and operational updates. • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Reporting & Administration: • Prepare operational and project progress reports. • Monitor project cost, productivity, and performance KPIs. • Support management in planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Additional Responsibilities: #*Additional Responsibilities*# Educational qualifications preferred Degree Type: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. Field specialization: Chemical Engineering Work Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Services. Minimum 5 years of project management experience. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of chemical cleaning processes and applications. Understanding of oil & gas production and processing facilities. Ability to interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical documents. Strong project planning and execution skills. Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
