Personal Shopper (WhatsApp Sales)

to provide a premium shopping experience to our clients through WhatsApp. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, with a strong understanding of client needs and an ability to foster long-term relationships. As a Personal Shopper, you will engage clients, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience without the need to source products.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Hustle)

Personalized Styling & Recommendations

• Recommend the best sneakers, streetwear, and luxury products from our existing inventory based on each client’s preferences and needs.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends to offer relevant and exclusive products that match clients' styles.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients, becoming their trusted fashion advisor.
• Deliver an exceptional, tailored shopping experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.

WhatsApp Sales Management

• Handle client inquiries, present products, and manage the entire sales process through WhatsApp.
• Provide timely, professional, and engaging communication to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Exclusive Shopping Experience

• Organize private consultations and personalized shopping experiences for clients via WhatsApp and in-store.
• Collaborate with the retail and events teams to enhance the shopping journey with special experiences for VIP clients.

Brand Representation

• Represent CDC’s culture and values in every client interaction.
• Share insights and feedback with the team to ensure our offerings align with customer preferences and trends.

Achieve Sales Goals

• Meet individual and team sales targets by driving client engagement and completing sales via WhatsApp.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of your sales efforts to contribute to the business's profitability and growth.
