Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Preferred experience in retail hiring is advantageous. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with recruitment processes; retail hiring experience is a plus. Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
