Job Description Job Title - Ecommerce Executive Location - Aerocity, Safed Pul, Andheri, Kurla Road, Off Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400072 Experience - Minimum 1 year Job Type - On-site, 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday) Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating across internal teams, handling order fulfillment, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Oversee end-to-end order management from processing to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with multiple verticals including Streetwear, Customer Care, Fulfilment, and Logistics to maintain smooth operations. Daily Reporting Maintain and share daily reports on online sales, order status, inventory, delivery performance, and customer feedback. Platform Management Work extensively on Shopify to update products, manage stock levels, track orders, and troubleshoot platform-related issues. Who’s a Good Fit? Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce, with a focus on order fulfilment and operations. Familiarity with Shopify is essential. Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and tracking. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues quickly. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
