Roles and Responsibilities

1- Listening to the client's needs and understanding their personality.

2- Providing tailored advice on individual pieces, whole outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics that will suit the client's preferences, style, body type, price range, and the occasion they're dressing for.

3- Selling merchandise and increasing sales for the company.

4- Remaining up-to-date with current fashion trends and principles of the brand.

4- Generating and pursuing leads to grow your client base.

5- Follow up with clients via phone or email and answer requests and questions.

6- Following SOP and taking care of the store-related tasks.

Requirements

• 1 - 5 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or a customer-facing sales role (preferred).
• Passionate about fashion—especially streetwear, sneakers, and urban culture.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with in-person and digital client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email).
• Sales-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and basic tech tools.
