Guest Relations Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our remote customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between our customers, store, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers over calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience (e.g., greetings, assisting with queries, offering suggestions).
• Take customer orders over the phone and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with the store/warehouse to confirm product availability, size, and pricing.
• Update customers about order confirmations and delivery status.
• Assist in resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication with a clear and pleasant accent.
• Strong hospitality and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• A positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
