Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities, inventory control, and online order dispatches. The role involves handling MRN/GRN processes, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment across warehouse, store, and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Handle

• MRN & GRN processes
• , including verification of delivery challans and supplier invoices.
• Record product details in
• POS/ERP systems
• , generate article codes and barcodes, and conduct basic
• quality checks (QC)

• Maintain accurate
• inventory records

Support

Online Orders & Logistics

Coordinate

• Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, and dispatch processes.

Requirements

• 1–4 years
• of experience in warehouse operations, MRN/GRN, inventory, or logistics roles.
• Working knowledge of

Excel

(basic formulas, inventory sheets, MIS reports).

Strong
