Job Description

We are looking for a

Associate : Feedback Calling

• to manage outbound calls to customers for order delivery confirmation, feedback collection, and review monitoring. The role involves interacting with
• international clients
• , updating CRM systems, and ensuring a positive post-delivery customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 40–60 structured outbound calls daily to collect product feedback and reviews from existing customers
• Modulate voice tone, pitch, and pace based on customer cues - shifting from warm and welcoming to attentive and probing as the conversation demands
• Create a conversational, experiential call flow so customers feel they had a meaningful dialogue, not a scripted questionnaire
• Use active listening techniques to pick up on unspoken cues and probe deeper for genuine, quality feedback
• Maintain high energy and consistency across all calls throughout the shift without drop in articulation or warmth
• Log feedback accurately in the CRM and flag any critical insights to the team lead

Looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in outbound calling, customer service, or any communication-heavy role and freshers with exceptional spoken skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent english speaking with flawless pronunciation, rich vocabulary, natural sentence construction
• Proven ability to modulate voice - control pace, warmth, emphasis, and energy across different customer personalities
• Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, tele-counselling, or radio/media is a strong plus
• Naturally empathetic and curious -someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and drawing out their stories.
