About The Role

  1. 负责产品产能提升、效率优化、制定精益生产改善方案，Cost down并组织实施；
  • 2..沟通.协调跨部门业务，评估自动模组导入投资效益。
  • 3.负责标准化建设，建立标准工时，标准产能，标准人力等.
  • 4.新产品制程工时评估报价，经营数据分析。
  • 5.负责新工厂布局的整体Layout设计规划（如生产布局、物流方案、仓库方案等）及厂房装修。
  • 6.负责现场 Layout 及人物流的优化改善，提升场地利用效率。
  • 1、大专以上学历，从事5年以上IE工作，具备IE专业知识与相关经验；
  • 2、熟悉厂房layout布局规划和标准工时计算和精益改善；
