Lawyer with 3–5 years of experience in the Corporate area

JOB DESCRIPTION Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with three to five years of experience to join the Corporate/Real Estate practice at our Valencia office. We are looking for someone who wants to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and who has a passion for, and is committed to, the practice of law. DUTIES The successful candidate will join the Corporate Practice team and collaborate with all types of commercial matters: real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS From 3 to 5 years experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice Good academic record Advanced English, minimum C1 level COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS An international profile that is constantly learning and developing, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment (workplace 3.0). A professional able to create and share new knowledge, responsive to business needs, and in the constant pursuit of efficiency and excellence.
